Responsibilities: Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance (federal, state, local) Manage OSHA recordkeeping and reporting Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations Deliver and coordinate employee safety training Implement corrective actions to reduce workplace risks Maintain accident, incident, and near-miss documentation Exercise stop-work authority when safety risks arise There will be travel about 25% of the time to the 2 other locations Qualifications: Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations Excellent communication and training facilitation skills Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence safe behaviors Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Interested in hearing more?
