Job SummaryJOB SUMMARYThe HSBO Director is a senior leader responsible for managing and integrating key business operations across Health Services including revenue cycle compliance quality improvement and data analytics. This role ensures alignment with organizational strategy supports financial sustainability and promotes high-quality care. The Director collaborates with executive leadership oversees multiple departments leads cross-functional initiatives and drives innovation and operational excellence for both the Health Department and Community Health Centers.Click herefor a complete list of the duties responsibilities and physical requirements of this position.Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn CountiesThe Health Center opened as an FQHC in 2004 and is the medical home for nearly 10000 patients. It serves a patient population that is diverse in age ethnicity and socio-economic status. The Health Center provides medical dental mental health and addiction services. Services are culturally and linguistically appropriate. CHC accepts Medicaid Medicare and private insurance. A sliding fee scale is available for people without insurance.Model of CareThe Health Center focuses on identifying barriers in accessing health care and reaches out to vulnerable populations. The Health Center is committed to improving health outcomes through a medical home model with a strong focus on prevention and disease management. (Masters preferred); ANDMinimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in financial operations quality improvement or revenue cycle management including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
