We believe that our collective efforts will shape a healthier future for the communities we serve.Qualifications and requirements:A Health Unit Coordinator is an administrative professional responsible for managing the flow of information and clerical tasks within a busy department ensuring efficient operations and effective communication among the medical team patients and families. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient admissions transfers and discharges maintaining and organizing medical records andelectronic health records (EHRs) managing unit supplies and equipment and serving as a central point of communication by answering phones relaying messages and scheduling diagnostic tests.
