A company is looking for a Lead Counsel, Practice Management.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a principal legal advisor for CORE Ventures and The US Oncology Network, providing guidance on legal, regulatory, and business mattersLead the negotiation, drafting, and review of complex commercial transactions and advise on healthcare regulatory issuesCollaborate with various teams to support growth initiatives and provide leadership and mentorship within the legal teamQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; member in good standing of a state barMinimum 7+ years of relevant legal experience, with expertise in healthcare law and complex commercial transactionsDemonstrated leadership in managing legal matters and advising senior business executivesDeep knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks affecting oncology physician practicesExceptional commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
