Collects and analyzes data for practice volume staffing matrices and productivity performance reporting and monitoring. Analyzes staffing requests and recommends staffing solutions. Generates standard and ad hoc reporting on physician practice monitoring. Communicates with leaders on the results of analyses with diplomacy and tact.QualificationsREQUIRED 1. Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering Finance Management Health Systems Engineering Health Care Administration Organizational Development a health profession or other related field.2. One (1) to three (3) years of experience in healthcare financial analysis healthcare management engineering healthcare consulting or healthcare supervision.3. Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.PREFERRED 1. Working knowledge of other microcomputer applications including: Database applications HRMS and other financial systems.2.
