Job DescriptionJob DescriptionUnited Talent is immediately hiring for a skilled Mechanic to join our team! If you have mechanical expertise and enjoy working with trucks and heavy equipment, we want to hear from you. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to keep our fleet operating efficiently.Job Duties include:Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on trucks and heavy equipment.Perform repairs on air brake systems, hydraulics, HVAC components, shocks, and struts.Conduct routine maintenance to ensure vehicles and machinery run at peak performance.Operate cranes and other heavy equipment safely during repair tasks.Perform welding and fabrication as needed to enhance or repair machinery.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following all safety protocols.Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently.Pay and Shift:Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM with occasional OT and Saturdays as needed.$19.50-21.50/HR Requirements:Valid driver’s license required.Previous experience as a Mechanic or in a related role with hands-on mechanical knowledge.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in automotive and heavy equipment repair.Experience with diesel engines, air brake systems, HVAC systems, and hydraulics is a plus.Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is preferred but not required.Welding experience is a plus.Must be willing to work overtime and an occasional Saturday as neededStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.Perks and benefits:Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay cardUnlimited Referral Bonuses!
