The role offers strong compensation, long-term growth potential, and direct exposure to leadership.ResponsibilitiesOwn fund accounting and financial reporting across investment vehiclesReview NAVs, investor allocations, fees, capital activity, and partnership accountingManage fund administrator deliverablesEnsure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reportingSupport complex portfolios (derivatives, options, long/short strategies)Oversee valuations, reconciliations, and controlsCoordinate audits and support tax reporting with external advisorsSupport regulatory and compliance reportingDrive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencyHelp build scalable systems and AI-enabled toolsPartner with senior leadership on fund oversight and special projectsSupport new fund launches and infrastructure buildoutFor fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn.RequirementsBachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA preferred8-15+ years of fund accounting, asset management, / public accounting (alternative investments)Strong understanding of hedge fund / partnership accounting and allocationsExperience with derivatives, options, and complex strategiesExperience with fund administrators and auditorsStrong U.S. GAAP knowledgeAdvanced Excel and strong systems skillsThrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentInterested or even just curious?
