Please see qualifications below and submit your resume if you are interested in being considered.Position Overview:We are seeking a Help Desk Support (Level 1) professional to provide front-line technical assistance and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will support users across various communication channels troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure timely resolution through proper documentation and escalation.Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support via phone email and in-person communications.Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues including:Assist with onboarding tasks such as creating user accounts and configuring hardware.Support audio/video equipment in conference rooms.Document all support interactions in the ticketing/tracking system.Escalate issues as needed and communicate recurring trends to management.Work within established processes and follow documented configuration steps for complex issues.Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.Minimum Qualifications:3 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service across phone email and in-person communication channels.2 years of experience assisting users with varying technological proficiency.2 years of experience supporting computers Microsoft Office Suite Windows 10 Adobe products and general IT troubleshooting.1 year of hands-on experience with Active Directory.1 year experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.Saratoga Medical Center Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate in recruiting hiring training promotion transfer discharge compensation or any other term or condition of employment on the basis of race religion color age (over age 39) sex national origin or on the basis of disability if the employee can perform the essential functions of the job with a reasonable accommodation if necessary.Required Experience:IC Key Skills user account,Active Directory,Customer Service,Information Technology,desk support,End user,Project Management,Phone Calls,service levels agreement,Desk Staff,Ltil,Procedures,Setup,hardware,Technical Support Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
