Job Description Job Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Diagnose and resolve technical issues. Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure. Document all help desk interactions and resolutions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel. Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role. Degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Desired Experience: Experience in data analytics enterprise information management or digital transformation is a plus. Salary & Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $30000 to $40000 annually. Benefits include health insurance retirement plans paid time off and professional development opportunities.
