Headquartered in Dayton OH our clients nationwide are provided with services in client-focused practice areas resulting in solutions to organizational challenges.Job DescriptionJob Title: Help Desk TechnicianLocation: San Francisco CA (on-site) Supporting: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) **Public Trust Clearance**OverviewCompTech is seeking a qualified Help Desk Technician to support our customer the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The ideal candidate will deliver front-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to computers applications systems devices access and hardware. This role manages technical problems of moderate complexity and responds quickly to support requests submitted by phone email or online ticketing systems. The technician will also document track and monitor all incidents using established tools to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution.
