Join a dynamic, community-focused oncology practice in the heart of Chicago as a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist. Compensation & Benefits Package (Competitive for Chicago Market):
- Base salary $450,000–$550,000+ (three-year guarantee)
- Productivity incentives / RVU-based bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies (leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, etc.)
- Manage benign hematology consults and non-malignant blood disorders as needed
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including systemic therapies (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted agents)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (radiology, pathology, surgery, radiation oncology, palliative care) for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in tumor board discussions and quality initiatives
- Deliver patient-centered care with strong emphasis on communication, shared decision-making, and supportive services
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology (dual-boarded preferred)
- Fellowship-trained from an accredited program
- Eligible for Illinois medical license
- Strong clinical skills, patient-centered approach, team player
Pay Transparency:
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees with the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $450,000 -$550,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
