Hematology-Oncology physician job in Ohio : Hematology/Oncology Locums Opportunity Cambridge, OhioDates:March 2-6 (any 3 days)March 30-April 3 (any 3 days)May 11-15 (any 3 days)June & July (flexible)Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunchPatient Population: Adults only60% Hematology / 40% OncologyNo procedural duties requiredDaily Responsibilities:See new patients needing chemotherapy or evaluation for blood disordersDevelop and formalize treatment plans per NCCN guidelinesPlace and manage orders, including reauthorizationsTypical patient volume: 14-18 patients per day, with no more than 3 new patients dailyCollaborate with 2 APPs, 1 Radiation Oncologist, and a dedicated RNCommon Oncology Cases: Breast and colonQualifications:Board Certified in Medical Oncology; Hematology/Oncology highly preferredACLS required if Moderate Sedation privileges are requested1+ years of experience rounding on cancer patients in a medical oncology department Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
