HemOnc Leadership wanted for Veterans Health in Arkansas at Department of Veterans Affairs

The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), near the beautiful Ozark Mountains, is seeking a full-time MD/DO Chief of Hematology / Oncology. Previous experience preferred. Little Rock is the capital city of Arkansas which was the state in the country for in-migration. The Natural State is growing and is a wonderful place to live. Highlights of this opportunity:

• Potential total compensation: $350,000-$450,000

• Amazing Retirement pension and retiree health benefits for life.

• Daily work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm;

  • 1-2 days per week in clinic

  • 1-2 days leadership

  • 2-3 days per week in the infusion center

• Paid Time Off: Total of 50-55 days per year

• No Physician Employment Contract, you can moonlight or work in other facilities as long as you do not treat veterans there.

• Financial incentives, such as recruitment, and relocation, and Education Debt reduction of up to $200K.

• Malpractice tail coverage provided
