Join our High Intensity Outside School Hours Team and become an integral part of our mission to support school-aged children and young people (aged 5-18) with disabilities in choosing the lives they want to live.In this role you will lead the OSHC Program and work collaboratively with the school children and parents to foster positive relationships in the community and create meaningful and engaging experiences to support childrens learning engagement and wellbeing.About youWere looking for a dynamic and experienced co-ordinator to develop and lead our High Intensity OSHC Service.To be successful in this role youll share Yoorallasvaluesand have:Completed a Diploma or above in Child Care Education Community Services (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential.Proven leadership experience in the Early Childhood Education Disability or School Aged Care sector.Knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Child Safe Standards.Extensive skills knowledge and experience in OSHC including demonstrated use of the My Time Our Place framework.Strong ability to develop high-level strategies for High Intensity OSHC programs while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificate.Successful appointment with Yooralla is subject to mandatory safeguarding checks including a Working with Childrens Check and evidence of Australian work rights etc.3 reasons to join our OSHC team!Make meaningful connections and contribute to your local community.Enjoy rewarding work where you can give back to the community and support people with disability to achieve their life goals; and maybe even to achieve something they may not otherwise have done without your supporthow good would that feel for everyone involvedYoull have the support of other likeminded teammates and a large established organisationand youll be part of something bigger as we work together supporting our clients to achieve.
