Responsibilities:

• Provide resource support in reading, math, and other core academic areas
• Develop and implement individualized instruction based on IEP goals
• Support students in general education classrooms through push-in services, co-teaching, and consultation
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers and special education staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and compliance-related activities

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Special Education certification (active or pending) required
• Previous experience in a resource or inclusion setting preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and instructional skills
• Ability to support students with diverse academic and behavioral needs
