Lauderdale Hotel!Opening Fall 2025 the Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel is a 29-story hotel located at 1850 Eisenhower Blvd and connected directly to the Broward County Convention. The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites multiple restaurants a vibrant rooftop bar a sprawling pool spa and fitness center. The hotel will also have over 120000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space including a grand ballroom junior ballroom 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views.To maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by ensuring quick efficient and professional Utility Attendant services.ResponsibilitiesPerform all essential job duties according to Omni standardsEnsure compliance on attendance and punctuality standardsFollow all uniform standardsProperly set up and break down of restaurantEnsure complete understanding of service standardsEnsure a complete understanding of the menuTo deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely mannerTo comply with food handling standardsDeliver food to all sections of the restaurant and barTo complete all assigned duties before checking out with leadershipInspecting and stocking assigned station in the restaurant to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentationStation set-up and breakdown/side-workPerform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant managerQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:1 year of experience in a similar position preferred.Must possess a valid Servsafe certification or have the ability to obtain a valid Servsafe certificationMaintain a professional business appearance attitude and performance.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.ENVIRONMENT & POSITION ANALYSIS:Move bend lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance.Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.Requires repetitive motion.May work both indoors and outdoors.TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:Trays tray jacksOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer - vets/disability.
