The Role: Highway Transportation Department Manager Location: Princeton NJ Base Salary: 150000 - 200000 USD/year (Based on Experience) Mandatory Requirements: 20 years of highway design an Active New Jersey Professional Engineering (PE) License NJDOT/NJTA experience Writing Proposals leadership/mentorship capability and Project Management We are seeking an accomplished civil and highway engineering leader to lead and expand our Transportation Department. This pivotal role combines technical excellence with strategic business development requiring a seasoned professional who will drive departmental growth oversee the delivery of complex projects and provide expert guidance to Project Managers across diverse transportation initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring superior project outcomes from conception through completion.
