HIM Chart Analyst at University of Maryland Medical System

OverviewUnder direct supervision performs timely analysis on discharged inpatient same day surgery emergency room or any other patient record for completeness according to standards established by the Medical Staff Rules and Regulations outside regulatory agencies and departmental procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibility 1: Performs daily analysis on appropriate patient records.Key Responsibility 2: Validates the correct assignment of the deficiency to the provider. Analyzes the patients medical record to ensure that the correct deficiency and provider have been identified.
