Job Description: Clinical Director (LCSW / LCAT)

We are hiring 4 positions Clinical director and psychotherapists: LCSW, LCAT, LMSW, LMHC

Location: Midtown Manhattan (39th St & Madison Ave) 

Type: Full-Time 

Start Date: March 15th 2026 Clinical Director, Therapist: March 15h to May 30th

Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 (Commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We are a growing mental health clinic in the heart of Manhattan looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director (LCSW or LCAT). This role is designed for a clinical leader who balances exceptional therapeutic skills with the ability to mentor staff and oversee daily operations.

You will be a key partner in our leadership team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients while fostering a supportive and professional environment for our therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Caseload: Maintain a direct clinical caseload of 20-22 client sessions per week. (Director only)
• Clinical Supervision: Provide guidance, mentorship, and clinical supervision to junior therapists and staff.
• Clinic Management: Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.
• Staff Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training programs for new clinicians to maintain our clinic’s standards of excellence.
• Quality Assurance: Review clinical documentation and treatment plans to ensure therapeutic integrity.
• Psychotherapists needs to work on evenings and weekend. (negotiable)

Qualifications

• License: Active New York State licensure as an LCSW or LCAT is mandatory.
• Experience: Clinical Director needs minimum of 5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a mental health setting is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire a team.

• Salary: $60,000 - $87,000 per year.
• Probationary Period: 3 months.
