Arriving early is strongly encouraged. Interview slots during the event are limited and conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applicants who apply in advance may be pre-screened and scheduled for a confirmed interview time during the event. Early applicants may receive priority consideration.

Our Early Head Start program is growing โ and weโre expanding because of newly earned grant funding beginning August 2026. That means 10 new teachers joining a supportive, passionate team committed to giving infants and toddlers the strongest start possible.
๐ฐ Pay & Schedule
$19.25โ$22.25/hour (based on credentials and experience)
CDA candidates can reach the top of the range with 6+ years of experience
8:00 AM โ 4:30 PM schedule
Anticipated start date is approximately 4โ6 weeks after the event to allow time for second interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.

๐ถ What Youโll Do
Teach infants and toddlers (birthโ3 years) in developmentally grouped classrooms
Use HighScope curriculum
Conduct developmental screenings (ASQ-3, ASQ-SE2, DRDP)
Partner with families through home visits and conferences
Collaborate with a deeply supportive team
Our center was custom-designed to support creativity, safety, and efficiency โ and expansion construction is already underway.
