Hiring Light Industrial Assemblers ASAP!!

1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical assembly using hand and air wrenches.
• Utilize a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Engage in production assembly tasks.
• Lift up to 35 lbs as part of assembly duties.
• Operate a JIG/man lift to access parts on shelves up to 4ft high.
• Load and unload valves into assembly fixtures.
• Transport valves to designated workstations.
• Work from blueprints and work instructions accurately.
• Use assembly and torque tools effectively.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Retrieve and manage replacement parts from the stockroom.
• Install and remove bubble test fittings as required.
• Complete necessary paperwork for assembly operations.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in mechanical assembly.
• Experience in production environments.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Competence with tape measures for accurate measurements.
• Familiarity with blueprints and work instructions.
• At least 1 year of recent manufacturing experience, with related experience in the last 3 months.
• Preferred manual assembly experience.
• Experience with air ratchet wrenches, manual wrenches, pliers, and clamps.
• Strong attention to detail.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled but may be oily due to the nature of the product.

Employees are provided with two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.

Shift:

1st shift- (7 am to 3:30 pm)

2nd shift- (3 pm to 11:30 pm)

3rd shift- (11 pm to 7:30 am)

Pay Rate: $18-19.50/hr.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
