If you want to discover a career with greater purpose join us as we transform and accelerate research and development.Perform routine tissue processing including paraffin embedding sectioning and staining to support accurate and timely pathological analysis.What Youll Be Doing:Prepare slides for microscopic evaluation by pathologists in accordance with established proceduresPerform staining techniques to support pathological assessmentsOperate and maintain histology laboratory equipmentEnsure compliance with CLIA CAP and other regulatory standardsAssist with process improvements SOP updates and troubleshootingMaintain inventory and support lab organization in alignment with 6S standardsDocument activities in accordance with good documentation practices and regulatory guidelinesSupport study setup coordination and cross-functional projects as neededWhat We Are Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalent23 years of experience in a histopathology lab or related disciplineASCP qualification or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical research academic or production labOther Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequent standing and walking occasional sitting close eye work requirement (computer typing reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
