Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCompany DescriptionJob Description The Color Separator will be responsible for preparing digital artwork for screen printing by creating precise color separations and ensuring accurate color production. You’ll work hands-on with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to manage and refine files, collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues, and maintain high standards of quality control and an artwork version archive. This role is key to ensuring artwork is production-ready, color-accurate, and delivered on time.This job is located at our Global Home Office in our Innovation Design Center in Columbus, Ohio. What Will You Be Doing? Digital Artwork Preparation: Prepare, adjust, and finalize accurate and production-ready color separations using spot color, process color, and simulated process techniques for screen printing.Color Management: Apply advanced color theory to adjust color balances and ensure consistent, accurate color.Collaboration: Work closely with production managers, screen technicians, and ink associates to review artwork and resolve technical issues.Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks to ensure all separations meet strict quality standards and production specifications.What Do You Need To Bring?
