Role Description

This is a full-time or per-diem role, located in Southern NH. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, providing personal care, and supporting their overall well-being. You will help with tasks such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and mobility. Regular communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals will be essential to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and understanding of Activities of Daily Living (e.g., meal preparation, bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to use our App to click in/out and do notes.
• Strong Communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients, families, and team members
• Knowledge of Patient Care and Personal Care, including attention to hygiene, safety, and comfort
• Empathy, reliability, and a compassionate approach to caregiving
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability
