Job DescriptionA mission-driven community-based organization providing compassionate high-quality home health hospice and community wellness services across southern New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead its clinical operations.Reporting directly to the CEO this leader will guide the organizations clinical vision ensure operational excellence and champion quality compliance and innovation. This is a pivotal role for a clinically strong operations-minded RN who is passionate about shaping the future of home-based care delivery in our region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop lead and execute strategic initiatives to position home health and hospice programs as regional leaders.Implement best practices to ensure high-quality efficient patient-centered care.Drive continuous quality improvement through KPI monitoring analytics and clinical audits.Maintain survey readiness and guide the agency through licensing and accreditation processes.Oversee clinical staffing hiring supervision scheduling and team development.Mentor nurse leaders strengthen clinical competencies and foster a positive collaborative culture.Promote strong communication across departments and maintain relationships with external partners and referral sources.Lead budget planning resource allocation and operational performance to support organizational goals.QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.Active RN license.Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in home health required.Position DetailsFull-time permanent roleMonday-Friday day scheduleComprehensive benefits and additional perksIf youre inspired to lead a team of compassionate mission-focused professionals please apply and our recruitment team will contact you.
