Youll walk neighborhoods knock doors and lead by example in the field.Start from the Ground Up: All managers begin with entry-level canvassing training to build a strong foundation.Coach & Develop: Provide consistent mentorship feedback and clear direction to help your team grow.Engage Homeowners: Train your team to build trust and start meaningful conversations that lead to quality appointments.Deliver Results: Set and surpass daily weekly and monthly performance goals.Team Transport: At some point in the role you may be responsible for driving a company vehicle to move your team between canvassing locations.
