This role requires advanced product knowledge strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience while representing the companys values in the field.Key Responsibilities:Respond to warranty service calls in homes and commercial buildings to diagnose plumbing problemsAccurately identify root causes of issues in various plumbing systems and materialsPerform high-quality repairs on fixtures piping valves equipment and system components under warrantyCommunicate clearly with clients about findings solutions and next steps to ensure trust and satisfactionDocument all work performed using service management software including photos and material usedCoordinate with project managers and install teams for job history or unresolved install issuesInterpret builder standards manufacturer warranties and internal QA processes to resolve claims efficientlyMaintain clean organized and well-stocked vehicle and tool inventoryAct as a field representative for the companys brand and commitment to excellenceEducate clients on proper plumbing system use and care to prevent repeat issuesSkills & Qualifications:Apprentice/Journeyman level plumber minimum4 years plumbing experience in both residential and commercial systemsExceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability across all common materials and fixturesDeep understanding of plumbing codes system design and installation standardsHighly skilled in customer-facing communication with builders property managers and homeownersAbility to remain calm and solution-oriented in sensitive or escalated warranty situationsDetail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting habitsValid plumbing license or certification (as required in service area)Clean driving record and reliable transportationFamiliar with mobile field service software and tablet-based dispatchingPride in craftsmanship and representing the company with professionalism and empathy Join the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Team!
