Paid Training & Onboarding Program Medical Dental 401 K Match Paid Vacation Closed on Major Holidays Team Building Events Overtime available Dedicated Leadership Team Opportunity to Grow Honda New Car Purchase Program Responsibilities: Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and Honda Factory standards Routine inspections and maintenance on line Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Full automotive trouble shooting and testing Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications: Ability to identify the problem quickly Good knowledge of automobiles Effective analytical and communication skills Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment High School Diploma or GED Technical degree preferred ASE certifications preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic Computer Skills Positive, friendly attitude
