Apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional care to those who need it most.We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Espanola, NM areas (Northern NM) to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.  Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.#INDLIC #INDPLICResponsibilities:Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.Light housekeepingMeal preparationMonitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed. Maintain records and documentation of services.Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient. Minimum Qualifications:Must be a CNACurrent CPR certificationAbility to monitor vital signsDependable transportation HHA Payrate: $15 to $16 an hour depending on experience.CNA Payrate: $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience.To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
