Hospice Liaison Community Outreach & Sales I am working with an establish hospice agency in the Carrollton Texas area committed to providing compassionate end-of-life care with dignity and respect. As an established hospice agency the agency works closely with patients families and healthcare providers to ensure seamless high-quality support during lifes most sensitive moments. Position Overview As Hospice Liaison you will act as the face of the organization in the community forging strong partnerships with physicians hospitals skilled nursing facilities and other referral sources. Through strategic sales and marketing efforts youll help connect patients in need with the exceptional hospice care we provide. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including healthcare providers and community organizationsImplement sales and outreach strategies to increase patient census and expand awareness of hospice servicesConduct educational presentations and engage in community events to promote hospice care benefitsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions for new patientsTrack and report outreach efforts maintaining compliance with agency goals and industry regulations Qualifications Bachelors degree in business marketing healthcare administration or related field2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferably within hospice or palliative careProven ability to build and maintain professional relationships in healthcare settingsStrong communication presentation and interpersonal skillsPassion for advocating hospice care and supporting patients and families during critical moments Responsibilities Key Skills Presentation Skills,Time Management,Clinical Research,Communication skills,GCP,Infusion Experience,Managed Care,Hospice Care,Conflict Management,Clinical Trials,Research Experience,Home Care Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
