This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospice Registered Nurse based in McAllen, TX. The Hospice RN will provide direct patient care and oversee medical services for hospice patients, including administering palliative care and creating care plans. Responsibilities will further include conducting home visits, monitoring patient conditions, ensuring comfort and dignity, and collaborating with healthcare teams. The role requires clear communication with patients and their families to address their needs compassionately and effectively.

• Proficiency in Nursing practices and strong knowledge of Hospice and Palliative Care principles
• Experience in Medicine and Direct Patient Care
• Background in Home Care services and the ability to prioritize patient comfort
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate approach to patient care and emotional support
• Previous hospice or home care experience is highly preferred
