The program works closely with inpatient hospitalist teams case management oncology critical care and community hospice agencies to deliver coordinated evidence-based care.Position SummaryThe organization is seeking an experienced Hospice & Palliative Care Physician who can also provide Hospitalist coverage to support its growing inpatient and palliative services in the New Haven area.This full-time permanent role involves caring for hospitalized patients requiring palliative consults as well as covering general inpatient medicine shifts.
