You'll be a constant presence in your hospitals, advancing culture, engagement, efficiency, growth, and financial health by finding ways to say yes to your VEGgies—equipping them with the tools, support, education, and autonomy they need to thrive. Using the VEG framework to guide your decisions, you'll ensure your hospital performs at the highest level, while fostering an inclusive workplace where VEGgies feel they belong, take pride in their roles, and invite friends to join.
