As the region’s only independent, not-for-profit hospital, it offers specialized care in orthopedics, spine care, cancer, cardiology, neuroscience, and more.Our hospitalist program presently has 10 daytime physicians and 2 nocturnist physicians, along with APPs.7 on/7 off model for them.We have a separate intensivist team here 24/7.This position will be approximately 70-75% clinical and 25-30% administrative with dedicated administrative days. M-F schedule, full benefits, 30 days paid time off.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitalist Medical Director based in Jupiter, FL. The Hospitalist Medical Director will oversee the daily operations of the hospitalist program, manage the hospitalist team, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, and develop and enforce clinical protocols. The role involves coordinating with other departments, managing patient flow and resource utilization, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
