JOB DESCRIPTION
BANNER HEALTH, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country’s premier, non-profit health care networks is seeking a dynamic leader for an Associate Chief Hospitalist role, committed to cultivating a positive culture, strengthening team building, and developing future leadership talent. This role will collaborate closely with facility leadership to enhance patient care and team performance.
Associate Chief Hospitalist Opportunity Details:
- 90% Clinical (13.5-12 hour shifts/month)
- 10% Admin Responsibilities
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 2–3 years of Hospital Medicine Leadership preferred
- Dyad leadership model
