Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full time MD/DO Hospitalist to join our exceptional team!Full time -180 shifts annually / 15 shifts per month averageBase compensation plus extra shift pay All MD's share shifts equally - rounding 7a-7p and swing 9a-9pRare (1x/mo) overnight shift 7p-7a - we have dedicated Nocturnists and PRN physicians who cover majority of nights. Rounding shift shared by 5 MD's - typically 90-100 patients per shiftThis is a flexible schedule - NOT 7 on/7off - schedule is worked out by all providers 60-90 days in advance and holidays are scheduled beginning of the year.
