JOB DESCRIPTION
Hospitalist physician job in Minnesota : Hospitalist/Nocturnist (IM only) 45 miles east of Fargo, ND in a scenic lake community. Enjoy a seven-on/seven-off schedule with competitive compensation covering both day and night shifts in a supportive, collaborative team environment. Manage med-surg and intermediate patients at a Top 20 Rural Hospital while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Cover both day and night shifts on a seven-on, seven-off schedule with flexible rotation options. Average daily patient census is 16 . Collaborate with APP partners on day shifts and coordinate with six local physician colleagues; backup support from Fargo hospitalist and specialty/intensivist teams. Competitive compensation including bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based pay. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with employer contributions, and tuition reimbursement. Work at a 36-bed Level III Trauma Center, providing acute and intermediate care in a community-focused setting. Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
