Hospitalist physician job in Arizona : We are seeking a Physician to join our growing vein practice full-time, working 5 days per week alongside 2 additional providers and 3 mid-level providers. Training would be in DFW for 7 weeks and the position would be in Phoenix, Arizona with relocation assistance provided. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician to learn how to perform venous procedures, thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, and wants to be part of a practice with significant growth potential.

$300,000 base salary along with productivity bonuses with total compensation potential of up to $450,000+ per year.  Providers experienced in vein procedures is desired but training will be provided for interested candidates..  In addition to clinical work, you will also serve in a Medical Director capacity..  Phantom equity opportunity, with bonus participation tied to future growth and paid out over 3 years following an exit.  Full-time - 5 days per week.  Join a rapidly growing practice with long-term upside.   Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
