Hospitalist physician employment in North Carolina : If you are a hospital medicine (HM) physician who enjoys working in community-based healthcare settings and are looking for an opportunity with easy access to the Asheville, North Carolina, area, you will be the perfect addition to our hospital medicine team!
TeamHealth has partnered with Haywood Regional Medical Center, a Duke Lifepoint Quality Affiliate, and is looking for a hospital medicine physician for a part-time position, 30 minutes from Ashville, North Carolina. The Duke Lifepoint Quality Affiliate is a special designation recognizing hospitals that have succeeded in transforming their culture of safety and achieving high standards of quality care, performance improvement and patient engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice a full-scope of medicine with a leading inpatient medicine group, with a focus on patient care and quality. While this is as open ICU setting and some basic vent management is required, procedures are optional. Haywood also offers well-rounded specialty support, including 24/7 tele-ICU, respiratory therapy, and others.
As a part-time hospitalist with TeamHealth you will enjoy a flexible shift schedule with 6-7 guaranteed shifts per month. Enjoy a balanced quality of life, while earning a lucrative base hourly rate.
