Please ask about our generous referral fees!This is a permanent positionHiring a full-time (Monday through Friday) primary care physician to do rounding in skilled nursing facilities in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, areaPerform primary care in a post-acute setting for short-term and long-term patientsManage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of careOrder and interpret lab resultsPrescribe and monitor medicationsConsult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitionersEducate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditionsBuild relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment deliveryPromote healthy lifestyle changes1+ years of primary care experience requiredDirect post-acute care experience a plus, but not requiredActive and unrestricted Pennsylvania licenseActive and unrestricted Pennsylvania DEA with prescriptive authorityEstimated compensation range of $210,529 to $271,529 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.Sign-on bonus available in months 1 and 13The city of Lancaster is in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
