This position offers the opportunity to work with market-leading clients on sophisticated hotel mixed-use and complex real estate and corporate transactions across the U.S. and internationally.Candidate ProfileJDfrom atop-tier law school with anexcellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction ingood standing24 years of substantive experience in real estate or transactional mattersExperience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements joint venture agreements commercial contracts or related transactional documentsFamiliarity with hotel mixed-use or hospitality transactions is strongly preferred but not requiredPrior law firm experience with largesophisticated deal work is requiredAbility to manage complex workstreams competing deadlines and multifaceted transactionsAbility to manage closings oversee due diligence and drive transactions forward efficientlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical capability and demonstrated attention to detailCollaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with partners clients and cross-office teamsStrong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional client serviceKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent owners investors developers operators and financial institutions in hospitality and mixed-use real estate transactionsReview draft and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents including letters of intent purchase and sale agreements hotel management agreements franchise agreements license agreements and joint venture contractsSupport financing transactions including negotiation of loan documents and related deliverablesManage deal closings from inception through completion coordinating all parties and documentationConduct comprehensive due diligence including title and survey review corporate structuring zoning and property-level analysisCollaborate with colleagues across disciplines and global offices to support cross-border and multi-jurisdictional dealsWork directly with clients and become a trusted advisor through consistent high-quality serviceWhy Join UsThis is a rare opportunity to join a practice widely regarded as the gold standard in hospitality and leisure transactions.
