Job Summary:As a Sports Bar Host, you will greet and seat guest in a positive, welcoming manner as they arrive and depart Bally's Sports Bar, take reservations and create daily pre-assigned seating arrangements. This position's starting wage is $15.Essential Functions:Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members. Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Responsible for completing assigned side work and checklist.Maintain the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers.Take reservations and create daily pre-assigned seating arrangements.Greet guest in a positive, welcoming manner as they arrive.Responsibilities include keeping work areas clean and organized.Bidding farewell to guests, using their name when known and encouraging them to return.Working as a team, assisting with guests and employees needs and inquiries. Anticipating the guest's needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency.Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.Knowledge of all promotions and events.Qualifications:High School graduate or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRead, write, speak, and understand EnglishAble to work varied shifts - i.e. days, nights, weekends and holidaysPhysical Requirements:Physically mobile with reasonable accommodationsRespond to visual and aural cuesOperate in mentally and physically stressful situationsEnvironmental Working Conditions:The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
