Daily Tasks & ResponsibilitiesUnlock and disarm the sales center and model home at the start of the dayTurn on all lights and ensure the model home presents a warm, welcoming atmosphereStock the Sales Center refrigerator with beverages and maintain adequate suppliesCheck restrooms for cleanliness and replenish items as neededGreet all visitors, provide a brief community overview, and explain that you are filling in for the primary representativeMaintain detailed notes on visitor traffic, questions, and how guests heard about the communityRecord visitor questions and ensure the primary representative receives them for follow-upPolitely advise guests that tours of inventory homes or homes under construction require scheduled appointmentsSecurely close the model home by turning off lights, locking all doors, setting the alarm, and verifying final security Requirements & QualificationsEntry-level; must be personable, helpful, and customer-service focusedComfortable interacting with guests in a professional and friendly mannerReliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow opening and closing procedures preciselyStrong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor Apply TodayThis is your chance to represent a beautifully crafted model home, support a high-quality builder, and deliver a polished guest experience each day.
