Part Time Host/Hostess at The Langham Chicago

Primary Objective of Position:Displays a professional demeanor to all guests in the hotel’s food and beverage outlets including but not limited to the Restaurant, the Bar, In Room Dining, and Pavillion.Responsibilities and Job Duties:Meet and greet guests as they arrive and depart, offer choice of seating, then escort them to their table and present menu.Maintain proper set up of the dining room and cleanliness and standard presentation of all menus.Promptly answer the telephone and input messages into the computer. Retrieve messages and communicate the content to the guest.
