The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.Manage the waitlist and seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover.Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.Buss clean and properly reset tables.Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.Answering phone calls taking reservations and answering questions.Knowledgeable in all the menus (Lunch Dinner Bar Beverage Menu Kids menu)Help with other positions in the restaurant as needed.Most importantly providing excellent customer service.Qualifications:Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and demeanor.Flexible availability including nights weekends & holidays.
