Develop a career with us!Essential duties include, but are not limited to:Prepare, produce, and cook (hot grill) Deli prepared products according to provided recipes. Ability to perform their services both in the taqueria area and in roast chickens and kitchen.Use Deli equipment such as as knives, pots, ovens, grills, etc. Oversee the quality of the products prepared prior to selling/serving to customers. Skills/Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hot Grill Cook, cooking Hispanic hot grill foods required.Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferredSafely use food handling and sanitation chemicals and equipment to maintain department cleanliness standards and local, State and Federal agencies regulations and requirements. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the cyclical nature of the grocery industry, team members are required to work varying shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, which reflect the Company's operating requirements.This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
