House Supervisor (PRN) at Hospital Sisters Health System

Pay Range:$39.60 - $59.40A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing hospital operations and nursing care during assigned shifts including staffing coordination patient flow and bed placement. They serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments providing guidance education and support to ensure quality patient care. Additionally they manage hospital-wide situations assist with data monitoring and assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership.Education QualificationsGraduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred.Experience Qualifications1 year Nursing experience is required.Leadership experience is preferred.Certifications Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
