Job Description

Pay Range:$39.60 - $59.40A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing hospital operations and nursing care during assigned shifts including staffing coordination patient flow and bed placement. They serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments providing guidance education and support to ensure quality patient care. Additionally they manage hospital-wide situations assist with data monitoring and assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership.Education QualificationsGraduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred.Experience Qualifications1 year Nursing experience is required.Leadership experience is preferred.Certifications Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required as per local affiliate guidelines.Job Description Scheduled Weekly Hours:0Throughout communities in Illinois and Wisconsin 13 hospitals numerous community-based health centers and clinics our 13000 colleagues have built a culture based on our solid core values of respect care competence and joy.
