Taylor Glen located in Concord NC is currently seeking a part time first shift housekeeper to assist with the cleanliness of our Continuing Care Retirement Community.Responsibilities:Clean all bathrooms including counters mirrors sinks lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areasVacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floorsSpot clean walls and windowsDust furniture and empty trash cansClean baseboards pictures lights and HVAC VentsHonor any additional housekeeping request made by the residents during the allotted timeAssist with picking up trashAssist with activity room set-ups will require movement of furnitureReport any pertinent information to management directly related to the well-being of the residentPerform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessaryQualifications:At least one year of housekeeping experience requiredAbility to read write and follow oral and written instructions in EnglishMust be able to speak and understand English in order to communicate with supervisors and residentsSchedule:Part-TimeShift: 12:30pm-4:40pmWeekend availabilityWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race color religion age sex national origin disability status genetics protected veteran status sexual orientation gender identity or expression or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local laws.
