JOB DESCRIPTION

32-40 hours/week | Housekeeping Aide

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Housekeeping Aide:

  • Schedule: 32-40 hours/week, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Includes: One weekend per month

  • Pay: $17.60 – $19.05/hour + $1.25/hour weekend differential

Housekeeping Aide Position Summary:
As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play an essential role in keeping our facility clean, safe, and welcoming. You will be responsible for sanitizing and maintaining resident and public areas, following infection control protocols, and partnering with other departments to ensure high-quality standards for residents, staff, and visitors.

Housekeeping Aide Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Basic computer skills to complete training and access scheduling/payroll portals

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to read and understand chemical labels and safety instructions

Housekeeping Aide Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions for proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals

  • Clean and disinfect public areas, resident rooms, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces

  • Maintain infection control and sanitation standards

  • Clean equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers

  • Keep housekeeping cart and supply closets organized and stocked

  • Protect the confidentiality of resident information



Compensation details: 17.6-19.05 Hourly Wage
