You must also be CPR certified within 10 days of hire pass a criminal background check and be vaccinated against COVID-19*Pay: $16.50 per hour plus mileage reimbursementJob Type: Part-timeSchedule:Day shift- Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We have implemented a fit for work reporting program for all employees. We do patient and household COVID-19 screening at every visit. We are equipped with the appropriate PPE and follow all CDC and Utah Dept. of Health guidelines.
